Department of Computer Technologies

The Department of Computer Technologies (Computer Programming and Computer Technology Program) aims to train intermediate staff in information technologies that the industry needs. With such a program, it is aimed to train people who can work in hardware and software projects needed by the industry and can do research and development when necessary. In the program, emphasis has been placed on hardware, system and computer networks and software engineering. Graduates of this program will contribute to the workforce of our country equipped with the features that will develop hardware and software in the information technologies needed by the industry. In the first year, students will gain the necessary knowledge and skills in system and computer networks by taking courses such as hardware, algorithm and theoretical subjects, then visual programming and internet programming.

Our Mission is to raise individuals committed to Atatürk's Principles and Revolutions and equipped with the knowledge, skills and practical experience that can perform their profession and to contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of our region and who will keep the interests of society above their own interests and who have professional awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.

Our vision is to keep up with the periodic changes of the geographical environment and occupational contents, by making use of technological opportunities at the highest level, without deviating from modern education and training techniques. Our aim is to train our students as Office Management and Secretariat professionals who know the methods that can effectively perform their office activities, who are aware of the developments in the most distinguished institutions, who can take responsibility and make decisions within the limits of their authority.
